1. Nomination Period – March 15 – June 12, 2026 Submit a nomination using the form below. You can nominate your own nonprofit or one you admire.

2. Qualification Review – June 15 – June 26, 2026 Our team will review all entries to ensure they meet eligibility requirements.

3. Public Voting – June 29 – July 31, 2026 Qualified nominees will appear on this page. Visitors can vote for their favorite organization (one vote per verified email).

4. Winner Announcement – August 7, 2026 The winning nonprofit will be announced on UpgradeTechnology.ai and our social channels.

🧾 Official Rules and Regulations

1. No Purchase Necessary Entry is free. Purchasing any service from Upgrade Technology does not increase chances of winning.

2. Entry Submission Nominations must be submitted via the official Jotform on this page between March 15 – June 12, 2026. Late entries will not be accepted.

3. Selection of Finalists Upgrade Technology will review all nominations and select qualified organizations to appear in the public voting round. Decisions on eligibility are final.

4. Voting Process Each verified email address may cast one vote during the public voting period (June 29 – July 31, 2026). Automated or fraudulent voting will result in disqualification.

5. Winner Selection The nonprofit with the highest number of verified votes will be named the winner, pending eligibility verification.

6. Prize Details The Growth Website Package includes website design, configuration, and one year of hosting/support. Additional features, content writing, or ongoing marketing services outside the package scope may be purchased separately at discounted nonprofit rates.

7. Timeline The winning organization must begin its project by September 15, 2026, and agree to complete all review milestones within the scheduled build window.

8. Publicity By participating, all nominees grant Upgrade Technology permission to use their name, logo, and submitted materials for promotional purposes (website, social media, and press releases).

9. Limitation of Liability Upgrade Technology and its affiliates are not responsible for technical failures, submission errors, or unauthorized voting activity.

10. Good Faith Clause Upgrade reserves the right to adjust timelines, modify rules, or select a winner at its discretion if fairness or system integrity is compromised.

11. Taxes & Valuation The prize has no cash equivalent. The nonprofit is responsible for any tax reporting associated with in-kind donations if required.
